When people think of recruitment companies, they often think only of the sports-related aspects. While THR does a lot in the realm of athletics, such as make personalized password protected websites with highlight videos, transcripts, scouting reports and more for every student, the company never loses focus about the importance of education.

THR offers high school students vigorous SAT and ACT testing online, as well as tutoring in various AP courses and high school classes, like trigonometry and algebra.

"We're unique in that we just don't focus on the athletics," Ferraro says. "We focus on the academics, we focus on the financial aid, and we also focus on the college advisory portion of it-the admissions process, the college essay process and what they want to study-so we guide them through every aspect possible from a recruiting standpoint and through just getting into college in general."
